Biography

Liz Lake’s litigation practice is focused on helping her clients continue to achieve their business goals. Her experience spans every aspect of litigation and she has experience taking depositions, drafting discovery and motions, and facilitating hearings.  Her clients include companies from multiple industries, including the extraction industry, having defended both oil and gas and coal companies. In the energy industry, Liz helps her clients obtain mineral leasing rights, drill wells, obtain access to leased sites, and construct transmission pipelines.
