Scouting America, Ohio River Valley Council’s 2024 Distinguished Citizen’s Dinner

Steptoe & Johnson is sponsoring Scouting America, Ohio River Valley Council’s 2024 Distinguished Citizen’s Dinner on November 14, 2024 in Wheeling, WV. The event celebrates amazing leaders and organizations in West Virginia, and those who are making a difference in our communities. Honorees include E. Gordon Gee, WVU President, and Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration.

Through the Scouting programs, each youth develops leadership skills, positive character, citizenship, and personal fitness. With the help of hundreds of registered adult volunteers, Scouts log service hours throughout WV communities and participate in countless day, weekend, or week-long events. In 2024, 22 Scouts earned Scouting America’s highest rank of Eagle Scout.
