    Jim McDaniel focuses his practice in the areas of energy and business litigation, where he represents clients in contract disputes, class actions, and other types of commercial litigation. Jim understands that the stakes are high in every case that his clients litigate, and clients count on Jim when the stakes are high. Each matter benefits from his careful attention to detail, as well as an intimate knowledge of the court system from his time as a federal law clerk. Jim also represents clients in a variety of general litigation matters involving professional liability, civil rights, insurance coverage, negligence, and premises liability.
