    Kelsey Swaim Miller concentrates her legal practice in the areas of banking, finance, and real estate law and has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including agreements, deeds, easements, promissory notes, and deeds of trust.

    Assist business entities with corporate governance matters including drafting resolutions, operating agreements, and entity formations in various states
