Catherine Pieratt Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Dallas Office

DALLAS- Catherine Pieratt recently joined Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Business Department as an Associate in the firm’s Dallas office.

Pieratt advises clients on corporate matters in a wide variety of industries, including health care, real estate, and manufacturing. She has experience with drafting and reviewing organizational and governance documentation, providing due diligence, supporting contract negotiations, and researching regulatory compliance guidelines.

Pieratt earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
