Daniel Penn Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Dallas Office

DALLAS – Daniel Penn recently joined the Dallas office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Penn guides clients through all stages of litigation. He has extensive experience managing discovery, drafting pretrial motions, handling oral hearings, mediations, and trial preparation for state and federal litigation cases. He has worked with judges on drafting multiple opinions on civil and criminal appeals and for consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases.

He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.
