For Seventh Year, Steptoe & Johnson Named One of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC has been named to the 20th Annual “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. This marks the seventh consecutive year that the firm has been named to this list. With offices in Lexington and Louisville, Steptoe & Johnson is listed in the “large companies” category which includes employers with 500 or more U.S. employees.

The “Best Places to Work” are selected after an assessment done by Workforce Research Group of the company’s employee policies and procedures and a survey of employee engagement and satisfaction. The final rankings of each company will be announced at an awards dinner to be held at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, KY on Thursday, June 13.
