Peter Spangler Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Pittsburgh Office

Pittsburgh, PA – Peter A. Spangler has joined the Pittsburgh office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Department. He will focus his practice on corporate law and commercial transaction matters.

Spangler has an extensive background in assisting clients with corporate governance, entity formation, and merger and acquisition matters. He also has experience in intellectual property licensing, commercial real estate transactions, and tax-exempt status work for non-profits and charitable organizations.

He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
