Our PFAS & Emerging Contaminants Team has helped clients navigate the rapidly developing state and federal regulatory and judicial framework for the contaminants often called “forever chemicals”, which include per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”) and 1,4-Dioxane.
