Evan G. Conard represents energy clients in litigation in federal and state courts. In addition, he advises energy companies on legal issues affecting operations and provides guidance to facilitate development of the Marcellus and Utica shale formations.
Colton C. Parsons focuses his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation across a variety of industries. Additionally, he represents clients in business transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, and collections.
Gregory A. Jackson has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage, employment, contract, and tort claims. In addition, he regularly represents buyers in real estate acquisitions and helps commercial clients run their businesses smoothly by identifying and avoiding potential legal issues.
Nathaniel R. Kissel focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation for hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. He also represents health care and energy company clients on premise liability, general negligence claims, contractual disputes, and collections matters.
Benedict J. Kirchner is integral to legal teams that service clients who are drafting, buying, selling, and developing energy assets in the Appalachian Basin and Texas. Tia L. Churchfield is a seasoned transactional attorney who has experience with due diligence for energy industry transactions and has a background in the preparation of certified mineral title and certified division order title opinions.
Travis L. Irwin advises energy companies when they are preparing to drill as well as when they are buying and selling assets. Clients rely on him to handle large due diligence projects involving oil and gas assets, division order title opinions, curative title actions, limited title summaries, and full title opinions.
Joseph D. Carpini focuses his practice on the areas of mineral title and energy transactional law. He is experienced in drafting and reviewing mineral title opinions for coal, oil, and gas clients. He has experience as an abstractor which proves valuable when preparing title opinions for energy clients.
