Steptoe & Johnson PLLC Continues Expansion in San Antonio with Addition of John Dulske, Rick Reed, and Sandra Ramos White

San Antonio – John Dulske, Rick Reed, and Sandra Ramos White have joined the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Members in the San Antonio office. Dulske and Reed join the firm’s Business Department and White joins the firm’s Labor and Employment Department.

John’s experience in government contracts, Rick’s board-certified background in construction law, and Sandra’s extensive knowledge of labor and employment law will greatly benefit our clients in Texas and throughout the firm.”

Dulske’s experience includes advising federal, state, and local government contractors on the procurement process, contract administration, and contract termination. He defends contract awards, challenges improper contract awards, guides clients with compliance issues, defends Qui Tam actions, and counsels clients through the claims process. Dulske earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College.

Reed has extensive experience in developing strategies for and managing complex construction projects and disputes. His practice includes drafting and negotiating all types of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for major projects. Reed also serves as an Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s Construction Arbitration Panel of Neutrals. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel to Zachry Construction Corporation, and taught construction law for several years at the University of Texas at San Antonio’s College of Architecture, Construction and Planning. Reed earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.

White comes to Steptoe & Johnson with a diverse labor and employment background. She has in-depth experience counseling and advising corporate managers, formulating preventive strategies, drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies and procedures, and advising employers on rules related to drug and alcohol testing. White has handled class actions involving discrimination, retaliation, and compensation claims and represents clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations and arbitrations, and in settlement negotiations. She previously was a human resources director for an international electronics manufacturer and has also served as in-house counsel for a state agency and a Fortune 500 global media and entertainment company. White earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
