Zak Balasko to Participate in 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation Program

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Bankruptcy and corporate restructuring member Zak Balasko will be participating in the 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) Next Generation (NextGen) Program. The program will take place this fall during the NCBJ’s Annual meeting in Seattle, WA and will provide an exclusive Judicial Roundtable program and networking opportunities for 2024 participants and NextGen alumni. Only 50 professionals are selected to attend the event each year.

To be considered for the program, participants like Zak must meet the following criteria:

• 10 years or less of legal practice
• Have a legal focus in bankruptcy law
• Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of civility, ethics, and professionalism
• Demonstrate commitment to the educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that benefit the public, the bankruptcy bar, and the court system
