Biography

Rodney Baker is known by his clients as a creative and innovative litigator whose goal is to protect them from excess financial exposure during asbestos litigation. He has watched the asbestos defense practice change during his career and, while he is skilled in the courtroom, he understands that clients are often focused on settlement and draws on his skills as a negotiator to help them reach their goals.

At the beginning of his career, Rodney went above and beyond to learn the medicine associated with asbestos exposure. To this day, he continues to take an in-depth approach to his work. The asbestos defense practice often involves multiple parties interested in efficient and effective representation.  Rodney has the reputation of approaching each matter with a fresh perspective, rather than “that’s the way we’ve always done it.”
