Representation included establishing criteria for development standards; as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various documents including a complex master association agreement
  • Represented developer of a 1200-home residential subdivision including acquisition of the property, advising the client regarding land use issues, and appearing before the planning commission
  • Acted as title insurance agent and escrow/closing agent for several lenders and major title insurance companies in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, construction financing and refinancing transactions
  • Preparation and presentation of projects for site plan approval, building permit approvals, variances obtainment, conditional use approvals, and zoning amendments as appropriate for the project
