

Biography
Tony Faini focuses his practice in the area of economic development—specifically in the sectors of public finance and municipal bonds. Before becoming an attorney, Tony spent more than five years working as landman where he assisted energy companies to develop land and minerals throughout West Virginia. Building on his experience with property and contracts, Tony brings a valuable skill set to counties and political subdivisions to develop local projects. Whether he is working with large investment banks or small county commissions, clients appreciate Tony’s real-world experience dealing with people from all over the state, his approachable nature, and his passion to support West Virginia’s much-needed economic growth.
