Bill Chambers is a Senior Environmental Consultant with over 40 years’ experience involving environmental issues. Prior to becoming a consultant, he was an Assistant Chief with the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources. He has owned his own environmental consulting firm and has served as a Branch Manager for national and international consulting firms. As Senior Environmental Consultant, he routinely provides services for environmental assessment and remediation, Brownfields economic redevelopment, environmental due diligence associated with property transactions, hazardous waste management, and litigation support. He has managed several projects within the WV Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) and Uniform Environmental Covenants Act (UECA) programs. Bill has served as the technical representative before the Environmental Protection Agency for a principal responsible party (PRP) at a Superfund site in West Virginia.
