    Biography

    Bill Galeota devotes his practice to personal injury and commercial litigation, particularly medical professional and hospital liability, commercial disputes and fiduciary litigation. He has tried a wide variety of civil actions in state and federal district courts and argued cases at the appellate level.

    Key Experience

    Represented a surgeon to defense verdict and complete exoneration in three successive jury trials and interim appeals of a wrongful death medical malpractice case over 8 years
    Defended a CPA's service as trustee for an "operating" trust with over $13 million of businesses and assets in the timber, logging and lumber industries, through trial to judgment entirely in her favor
    Advises a wide variety of hospitals and clinical practices on day-to-day risk management, loss prevention, insurance, regulatory and operational matters, and regularly presents to health care industry and client groups on these topics
